With the lockdown Springwatch is so successful with BBC Two fans and a second wave is starting to bite, Chris Packham and the team are back with a brand new series of Autumnwatch, and the episode of this evening is live from multiple locations With Chris’s stepdaughter and zoologist Megan McCubbin in multiple episodes, she has already spoken about what it was like to work alongside Chris – who apparently has many boring habits – and has answered if she found her extensive knowledge discouraging

With so many wild animals on their doorstep, Megan said Chris was « very good at putting out all of a sudden »

« He hasn’t drunk tea in 12 years He ran out of bread for a while When he went vegan, that was it, line drawn

« He doesn’t need any encouragement to drink, even if he doesn’t drink at the moment – he hasn’t for six weeks

Megan has learned a lot from her stepfather, but « her experience and knowledge is not intimidating »

« I always take it positive that he is the best at his field – professionally, he is the best person I can learn with, » she continued to Radio Times

As for what lies ahead tonight, the cameras are back at Chris’s house in the New Forest, and viewers will see this will be the first fall season in a while he’s been on his own patch

And Megan gave fans an update on their favorite garden badger set, initially introduced in the spring
