Birmingham City is looking for their first win in six games against Barnsley tonight, and Aitor Karanka has named a team with four attacking players
Scott Hogan has been called back to the Birmingham City grid for today’s clash with Millwall.
The striker is back after being left out in Saturday’s 0-0 draw with Millwall and is part of a team with four attacking players on the field.
It looks like a five again, with Neil Etheridge being guarded by Maxime Colin, Marc Roberts, Harlee Dean, Jake Clarke-Salter and Kristian Pedersen.
Mikel San Jose is the only defensive midfielder. Riley McGree and Ivan Sanchez play behind Hogan and Jonathan Leko.
Alen Halilovic is still waiting for his registration to be received after his free transfer from AC Milan.
Blues are aiming for their first win in six games and have a line-up very similar to the Preston line-up.
BLUES: Etheridge; Colin, Roberts, Dean, Clarke-Salter, Pedersen; San Jose, Sanchez, McGree; Leko, Hogan. Subs: Prieto, Freund, Dacres-Cogley, Toral, Gardner, Sunjic, Bela, Jutkiewicz, Kieftenbeld.
